Het AUTOOL SDT202-model is een professionele rooklekdetector voor auto's. In vergelijking met model SDT106 voegt het een visuele manometer toe om betere observatie mogelijk te maken, waardoor reparatietechnici problemen snel kunnen oplossen en tijd kunnen besparen. De voordelen zijn als volgt:
Snelle lekdiagnose door drukweergave
Geen lekkage: als de waarde van de manometer gelijk blijft, is er geen lek in het leidingsysteem.
Klein lek: als de waarde van de manometer een beetje zakt, duidt dit op een klein lek in het leidingsysteem.
Ernstig lek: als de manometer nul bereikt, duidt dit op een groot lek in het leidingsysteem.
Ingebouwde luchtpomp
Geen externe luchtpomp nodig, altijd klaar voor diagnostisch onderhoud!
Oververhittings- en vorstbeveiliging: de rookmelder is uitgerust met de nieuwste intelligente beveiligingsinrichtingen. Wanneer de temperatuur van de unit 75 °C overschrijdt, wordt de stroombeveiliging op intelligente wijze uitgeschakeld om de veiligheid van de operator en de unit te garanderen. Na 15 minuten continu werken wordt het apparaat geactiveerd om gedurende meer dan 10 minuten te beschermen tegen oververhitting, terwijl het apparaat ook bij lage temperaturen kan werken. Ondersteun alleen 12V-autobatterij.
Hoe lekdetectie uitvoeren?
Vul de rooklekdetector met 10 ml-20 ml testolie. Onder standaard werkomstandigheden kan het vullen van 20 ml testvloeistof ongeveer 10 minuten continu worden gebruikt.
Open de leiding die op de lekdetector moet worden aangesloten.
Monteer de universele airbagadapter op de afgedichte leiding en sluit deze aan op het rookkanaal van het toestel.
Sluit de detector aan op de DC12V-batterij van de auto en hij begint te werken.
Binnenkort staat de pijpleiding vol met rook. Controleer of er lekken zijn.
Detecteer de lekkende pijpleiding. Onder de premisse van goed afgesloten te zijn, kan de pijpleiding in ongeveer 1 minuut met rook worden gevuld. Als er een lek is, kan het gemakkelijk binnen 3 minuten worden gelokaliseerd.

No Leakage: If the pressure gauge reading remains the same, there is no leak in the piping system.

Overheating and frost protection: The smoke detector is equipped with the latest intelligent protection devices. When the temperature of the unit exceeds 75 °C, the power protection is intelligently turned off to ensure the safety of the operator and the unit. After 15 minutes of continuous operation, the device will activate to protect against overheating for more than 10 minutes, while the device can also work at low temperatures. Only support 12V car battery.
How to perform leak detection?
Fill the smoke leak detector with 10 ml-20 ml of test oil. Under standard operating conditions, the filling of 20 ml of test liquid can be used continuously for about 10 minutes.
Open the pipe to be connected to the leak detector.
Install the universal airbag adapter on the sealed pipe and connect it to the flue of the unit.
Connect the detector to the car's DC12V battery and it will start working.
Soon the pipeline will be full of smoke. Check for leaks.
Detect the leaking pipeline. Under the premise of being properly sealed, the pipeline can be filled with smoke in about 1 minute. If there is a leak, it can be easily located within 3 minutes.
